Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 15 days in advance.
• For cancellations between 14 and 8 days in advance, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations between 7 and 2 days in advance, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations between 1 day in advance or on the day itself, 100% of the paid amount will be charged.
• Deposits paid are non-refundable if the customer cancels, even if the cancellation occurs within the free cancellation period.
• Refunds will be made within 5 business days.
• It is possible to send a replacement, provided that KaasEs is notified in writing in advance and confirmed by us.
• You can submit a cancellation by email to esther@kaases.nl. The cancellation is valid if you have received confirmation from KaasEs. If you have not received confirmation within two days, please call.
• KaasEs reserves the right to cancel a training course. In this case, we will discuss an alternative date or refund the paid amount.
• Participation in the training is at your own risk.

Changes to the agreed training date are only possible in writing and are only valid after confirmation by KaasEs. The following applies to date changes:

• 15 days or more before the training: the date can be changed free of charge.
• 14 to 8 days before the training: 10% of the total invoice amount will be charged for costs already incurred.
• 7 to 3 days before the training: 20% of the total invoice amount will be charged for costs already incurred.
• 2 days or less before the training: 30% of the total invoice amount will be charged for costs already incurred.

Changes submitted later or on the day of the training cannot be processed and are subject to the regular cancellation policy.

• Free cancellation or change of date up to 4 weeks before the workshop. You will receive a voucher for a new workshop or your money back.
• If you cancel or change the date between 2 and 4 weeks in advance, you will receive a 50% voucher worth the amount paid for a new workshop.
• If you cancel or change the date between 1 and 2 weeks in advance, you will receive a 25% voucher worth of the amount paid for a new workshop.
• No refunds for cancellation or date change within 2 days in advance. You can send someone else in your place (please notify us in advance).
• You can submit a cancellation by email to info@kaasworkshops.nl. The cancellation is valid once you have received confirmation from KaasEs. Have you not received confirmation within two days? Then give us a call.
• KaasEs can cancel a workshop. In this case, we will find a new date in consultation or you will get your money back.
• Participate at your own risk.
