The cancellation is valid if you have received confirmation from KaasEs. If you have not received confirmation within two days, please call.<\/li>\n<li>KaasEs reserves the right to cancel a training course. In this case, we will discuss an alternative date or refund the paid amount.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the training is at your own risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"rt_heading_wrapper \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"rt_heading  \" >Changing date<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Changes to the agreed training date are only possible in writing and are only valid after confirmation by KaasEs. The following applies to date changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 days or more before the training: the date can be changed free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>14 to 8 days before the training: 10% of the total invoice amount will be charged for costs already incurred.<\/li>\n<li>7 to 3 days before the training: 20% of the total invoice amount will be charged for costs already incurred.<\/li>\n<li>2 days or less before the training: 30% of the total invoice amount will be charged for costs already incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Changes submitted later or on the day of the training cannot be processed and are subject to the regular cancellation policy.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"rt_heading_wrapper \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"rt_heading  \"  style=\"margin-top:20px;\">Workshops<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free cancellation or change of date up to 4 weeks before the workshop. You will receive a voucher for a new workshop or your money back.<\/li>\n<li>If you cancel or change the date between 2 and 4 weeks in advance, you will receive a 50% voucher worth the amount paid for a new workshop.<\/li>\n<li>If you cancel or change the date between 1 and 2 weeks in advance, you will receive a 25% voucher worth of the amount paid for a new workshop.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds for cancellation or date change within 2 days in advance. You can send someone else in your place (please notify us in advance).<\/li>\n<li>You can submit a cancellation by email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@kaasworkshops.nl\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">info@kaasworkshops.nl<\/a>. The cancellation is valid once you have received confirmation from KaasEs. Have you not received confirmation within two days? Then give us a call.<\/li>\n<li>KaasEs can cancel a workshop.
